The Challenge
Medical billing and credentialing demand extreme precision and ironclad security. The client needed a platform that could handle:
- High-complexity data management across 40+ medical specialties.
- Strict HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II compliance for PHI (Protected Health Information).
- Fragmentation in provider onboarding (credentialing) and insurance enrollment.
- The technical challenge of integrating EDI connections with over 800 national and regional insurance carriers.
